All jewelry must be unworn and in it's original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. We offer free basic repairs within 6 months of purchase for our gold fill and sterling silver jewelry. After 6 months, there is a small fee to cover the cost of shipping, materials, and labor. Our solid gold jewelry has a complementary 3 year repair policy.
